We are a nose to tail operation and your bulk orders will reflect that in your products that you receive .
We will try to work with the customer as best we can to make sure your order contains only products you will use some substitutions may be allowed .a bulk order requires deposit. We will refund 60 % of deposit should you cancel . Be sure to read the following before adding the deposit item of your choice to your shopping cart. There will be 1-3 month wait list on custom orders. usually Less wait time if you take animal wih our regular retail cuts. We sometimes have 1/2 and almost always have a 1/4 available .which will be confirmed at time of order we don't do eighth of beef but we can put a bulk order together for you and will take a percentage off the retail price
